Roster swaps for airline crewsDienstplan-Tausch für Airline-Crews
Swap duties.
The smart way.Dienste tauschen.
Einfach smart.
Tell the app what you would like to change. CrewLoops finds the crew members the swap suits as well – directly or in a Loop of three. Every proposal is checked against the airline rules before you see it. Sag der App, was du ändern möchtest.

How it worksSo geht’s
Less back and forth.
More swaps.Weniger Hin und Her.
Mehr Tausch.
CrewLoops only asks the people the swap really suits – and only proposes what the airline rules allow. Swapping becomes simple and clear.

Agree and swapZusagen und tauschen
Everyone involved gets a request. Only when all say yes do you see the names – and enter the swap in the official system.
Two ways to swapZwei Wege zum Tausch
Swap as a pair.
Or new: in a Loop of three.Zu zweit tauschen.
Oder neu: im Loop zu dritt.
Two of youZu zweit
The classic: you and one other crew member swap duties. CrewLoops finds the people for whom your trip is a real match – and who have what you are looking for.
Three in a LoopDrei im Loop
What makes CrewLoops different: often no direct swap fits, but a Loop of three does. A takes B’s duty, B takes C’s and C takes A’s – everyone gets what they want. The app finds these Loops automatically; by hand, nobody would ever spot them.

The app compares all rosters and wishes in your fleet and only asks those for whom the swap is a real fit.

When no direct swap works, CrewLoops looks for a Loop – solutions that were simply out of reach until now.
